Your first visit to Bridgeline Dental is designed to be comfortable, informative, and stress-free. From the moment you arrive, our team will take the time to get to know you, understand your dental concerns, and learn about your goals for your smile.

During this visit, we will review your medical and dental history, perform a comprehensive examination, and take any necessary digital X-rays or imaging. Dr. Schapper will discuss his findings with you and explain recommended treatment options in a clear, straightforward way. We encourage questions and believe informed patients are empowered patients.

Our goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling confident, understood, and well-informed about your oral health.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

To help make your visit as efficient as possible, we ask that you bring:

A valid photo ID
Your dental insurance information, if applicable
A list of current medications
Any recent dental X-rays or records, if available

If you have already completed your new patient forms online, you’re all set. If not, our team will be happy to assist you when you arrive.

Insurance and Financial Information

Bridgeline Dental works with most dental insurance plans and is happy to help you understand and maximize your benefits. Our knowledgeable team will verify coverage, provide estimates, and answer any questions you may have regarding your plan.

For patients without insurance, or for treatments not fully covered, we offer flexible payment options to help make care accessible. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards, as well as CareCredit and Cherry financing. We also offer a dental membership plan designed to make preventive and routine care more affordable year-round.

Scheduling and Appointments

We value your time and strive to stay on schedule. Appointments can be made by calling our office or requesting one online. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for advance notice so we can accommodate other patients.

If you have a dental emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to see you promptly and address your concerns with care and urgency.

New Patient Forms

For your convenience, new patient forms are available online and can be completed prior to your appointment. Completing forms ahead of time allows us to focus more on you and less on paperwork when you arrive.

If you have any trouble accessing forms or prefer to complete them in the office, our team is happy to assist.

Discussed the options available to me and also so I what I had to pay after my benefits so there wasn’t any surprises.  They are super nice. I had a great experience here had a molar crack in half and got me right in as soon as they could called Friday and went on a Tuesday!! They take great care of you and are very welcoming and accommodating the tooth had roots deeper than the Grand canyon and the doc numbed me up so I didn't feel a thing I would and definitely will be back for more work thanks again to this team of professionals!!
